Description

Get right in the thick of it--the thick of pine and fir forest that is--at Running Deer Campground. Take a dip the Little Grass Valley Reservoir (and try to snag one of the sites overlooking it) or keep landlocked and head down the 14.5 mile Lakeshore Trail both accessible within a mile from the campsite. Flushing toilets, drinking water and paved roads make for great glamping and with the 360 view of amazing natural beauty maybe even snap a selfie or seven.
