An amazing spot for camping, hiking, and goat interacting! It was a fantastic set up, and Ken was easy to communicate with and helpful. Porta Potty was cleanest we have seen, and generally it was a lovely spot. Fallbrook is a 10 minute drive away and very charming. Highly recommend!

We arrived at the campsite a bit before 3pm.
*I would recommend arriving to this site before dark as some roads feel bumpy or "seem" narrow.
To clarify my friend's truck did fit through the road just fine, but in the dark I could imagine it could be intimidating to drive on.
*Also, I would recommend letting Ken know when you plan to arrive ahead of time as there is a locked gate at entrance of the property. Reception was spotty for me closer to the campsite and on the road leading in.

My friends and I had a relaxing time and really enjoyed being able to have a bonfire. (We brought our own bonfire and 5 bundles of wood with us. This site does have a bonfire spot if you do not want to bring your own bonfire or do not have one.)
The goats' homes were a short incline away and clean.
(The campsite itself did not smell of farm animals or poop at all if that is a concern.)

-Porta potty was clean/empty at arrival.
-water spigot sprayer under the patio area worked just fine
(We turned on the valve for it which is located past the green shed.)
-a water source is luxury to wash hands if you usually dry camp
-there was some random bits of trash that maybe was from previous campers, but we just tossed whatever we saw in the trash cans :)
-there is 2 trash cans, one for waste and one for recycle (that was really nice to have as well)
-shady trees kept us completely sane when the weather hit around 90°F for a few hours.

Overall the site was very enjoyable and relaxing and I would recommend it to friends if they are looking for a relaxing hangout spot/site with a porta potty, water source, trash cans and shades trees.

I felt like I was on a deserted island. The place was not in good shape. Photos are not an accurate description of its current state. Mind you I mean experienced camper and did not expect anything luxurious. I thought it would be more of an experience with the goats however they were just locked in a cage the whole time. I’m sure there were areas to explore however nobody appeared to be there to give us any direction. Also no water and trash cans were full.

This is one of the best camping site I’ve ever been to. The farm is located just a couple hours away from LA, so it was nice to drive there even for a one night. Once we got to the campsite, we absolutely didn’t expect to see a gas grill in the kitchen area. It was a major plus. The kitchen area itself is huge and cozy, there is even power solar lighting which is great. My friends and their dog enjoyed the goats—we checked them a few times, and it was very entertaining. We decided to come back here as this palace has everything you need (and can’t think of) for great campaign time. And thank you Ken for responding my calls upon my arrival! You are a great host.

If I could give this campsite 100 stars I would! We are experienced backpacking and tent campers that now camp with our family (three young kids) and Ken could not have made the space more perfect than it already is. We loved the tire swing, shaded area, goats (loved the goats!) horseshoes, privacy and paved path and cart to carry all our stuff. Thank you Ken for creating such a wonderful space!

Great spot, very well shaded. We met Ken with his goats when we arrived. We got to pet and feed the goats. The city to buy food is about 15-20min drive away from the site, so we didn't have to stock up on food to cook, which was great. We'll be booking this place again in the future.

I am in love! This private little nook was exactly what my family needed. The goats are precious, my kids and I miss them already. The kids spent the entire trip on the rope swing! It was just perfect. Thank you thank you thank you! We will definitely be back.
