Our campground overlooks a beautiful valley and the Berriessa Ridge Mountains..  There are camping decks as well as cushy camping spots directly on the ground for those who want to "ground."  The campground has stunning views towards the east—mountains with a sweeping valley view in the foreground from pretty much every camping spot.  Outrageously great sunrises and sunsets, as well as moonrises!  Great place to watch meteor showers!!

The outdoor community kitchen and fire ring is available for use, complete with refrigeration, triple sink with running water and plenty of dishes to use.  Outdoor shower with hot water and great pressure, as well as an outdoor claw-foot bath tub in the woods, clean well water with NO CHEMICALS ADDED!  Lovely if you are used to city water with chlorine.

Community Farmhouse has access from 8am to 9pm for wifi, showers and bath, reading library, and just hanging out by the fireplace or swamp cooler.  Generally there are guests and volunteers year-round, which makes for interesting visits since these folks come from all over the US and abroad.

This is a working permaculture farm and you will encounter chickens, beautiful gardens, and interesting projects in progress, including several sculpted cob structures and a small pallet house made from award-winning design plans, and coated with gorgeous earthen plaster over cob.

This is a great farm for family camping. Unlimited outside space for kids to run around. Fresh eggs and vegetable are available to purchase on site. There are lots of other activities nearby for hiking and beach at Clear Lake. A very friendly dog Buddy is an added bonus making our weekend special. Highly recommend.

We loved it.
People are nice and welcoming, the valley is serene, there's a fire ring, fresh air, birds are singing a friendly doggy running around I mean what else do you want :)

It wasn't what I expected. It was much more crowded and more backyard-esque than the description and photos led me to believe. I think that site #2 was the best and most "remote" of all the sites at the "farm," but we were nearby structures in disrepair and a variety of junk or to-be-used-in-the-future supplies and equipment and agricultural products. There is also a good sized cannabis greenhouse farm on the property, which should be reflected in the description. That being said, the night sky was lovely and the night was quite quiet, until around 6:30 a.m. when some sort of heavy equipment started working at not too great a distance away. We were given directions to a private swimming hole about a half hour away that does not allow public admittance.

For those wanting to camp without a trace of street noise, GRPF is wonderful! We really enjoyed the outdoor soaking tub under the stars. Brenda was very accommodating at our arrival even though we forgot to give her a heads-up on our ETA And her suggestions on great places to hike/soak/relax were amazing.
Lots of animal watching on the property as well, which was great.

The part of the farm set aside for tents was much smaller than what you would envision from the description, but it was still enjoyable with enough space to socially distant from each other. Turns out this place is popular with SF Bay Area folks, there were 4 different couples in tents and 1 family that came in an RV, all mostly from the Bay Area. The platforms helped a lot with tent placement and distancing, but could use some maintenance since there were nails sticking out on ours, and the wood was starting to bend from being so weathered. We expected to see a sign for this place since they had an official name for it, but there was no sign, not even address numbers posted on the fence. Thus, finding the place was definitely a bit confusing. Buddy, the resident pit bull, and all the chickens running around the outdoor kitchen were awesome to have around.

Site #2 - Creekside. It was a dry winter so there was almost no water running down the "creek." This is probably the most private since no one else has to pass by to get to the bathroom or the parking lot/entrance.View of tent sites from the parking lot/entrance. I think the site by the parking lot/entrance is called Site #1, which is also creekside, but is probably the most trafficked since it leads in and out of the tents area.Looking out from Site #2 - Creekside towards Site #5 - Tree Swing. Site #2 is probably the most private since no one else has to pass by to get to the bathroom or the parking lot/entrance.

Brenda was so sweet and accommodating. There were a bunch of other campers but everyone was kind. Just know that you will be close to others not in a super remote area. The sites were nice and it’s really nice to have communal kitchen and tools!

I spent 4 days here and had the most amazing experience getting to hike the surrounding area, fish the lake, and see incredible wildlife as well. Brenda was an amazing host and someone who you instantly want to go back and see again. I never felt any lack of privacy but had a fantastic time sharing a coffee and learning about some herbal tinctures she makes as well. I will ABSOLUTELY be back ASAP! Definitely check this place out!!!

Simply a unique experience that few places could offer. I would recommend this location to anyone and we hope to be returning again in the future when we make it to this area.
