Fun and friendly.
Sierra & Darin were great hosts! The barn area of the property has a festival vibe with different areas for communing. There’s a “beach” with outdoor shower and cold tubs, chicken coop, friendly goats, art stations, sitting areas, beverages, and clean porta-potties. The night we were there they had live music at the barn too! We felt very free and welcome to choose between joining the communal activities and/or staying more isolated at our campsite. The vintage trailer was straight out of a time capsule! Rustic, original features, interior lighting (from solar generator), running water (for dishes), working stove (we didn’t use it), and comfortable pull-out bed (trailer bathroom and fridge not currently available for use). Propane fire pit (designed by Sierra!) allowed for nighttime hanging without the campfire smoke!! And there was still enough room to park two cars and pitch three tents at our site. MUST LOVE DOGS. There are a number of large friendly dogs freely roaming around. Our site was close to the barn and freeway, we could hear traffic from our site but it wasn’t too loud. Beautiful hillside views. Clear star-filled skies!
