Purchased during the 2015 Valley Fire, Avina Ranch is 322 acres of raw rural fun. Previous to our owning it, it was Cobb Vista Ranch, and the Rinzai Zen Center on Mt. This property is hilly with Kelsey Creek running along southern & southwestern part of it which should have water in it year round and is wooded. We're happy to allow camping on the property. Avina Ranch LLC.

Avina Ranch is a great place to camp. It has a beautiful view and the stars at night are amazing. It is excluded and private, there are not other campers around. Robert responds quickly and was flexible with us about our departure time. There is no bathrooms here and if you have pets, note that there are deer and coyotes running around because it is nestled into a forest. I highly recommend this place and hope to return myself.

Beautiful and Quiet!

Robert was prompt in responding to any questions I had about the property and was the most friendly host. The property itself is very private and there multiple great spots to camp. The drive to get to the property is an added bonus as well and lots of deer roam the area. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone trying to escape and get away for a night!

Very private, very large piece of land. Rolling hills crossed by dirt and pebble roads. The fire pit, the only amenity, was nicely situated and appreciated.

This was our second trip to Avina Ranch. Wonderful experience overall. Beautiful views and perfect silence. Will definitely plan another visit sometime down the line.
