Avina Ranch is located on Cobb in Lake County. This property is hilly with Kelsey Creek running along southern & southwestern part of it which should have water in it year round and is wooded. We're happy to allow camping on the property. There's a pizza shop & gas station 5 minutes from the property and there's good ATT cell service coverage.

Avina Ranch is a great place to camp. It has a beautiful view and the stars at night are amazing. It is excluded and private, there are not other campers around. Robert responds quickly and was flexible with us about our departure time. There is no bathrooms here and if you have pets, note that there are deer and coyotes running around because it is nestled into a forest. I highly recommend this place and hope to return myself.
Robert was prompt in responding to any questions I had about the property and was the most friendly host. The property itself is very private and there multiple great spots to camp. The drive to get to the property is an added bonus as well and lots of deer roam the area. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone trying to escape and get away for a night!
Very private, very large piece of land. Rolling hills crossed by dirt and pebble roads. The fire pit, the only amenity, was nicely situated and appreciated.
We had a great time, hangout, cooked on the fire and saw a lot of shooting stars :)
This was our second trip to Avina Ranch. Wonderful experience overall. Beautiful views and perfect silence. Will definitely plan another visit sometime down the line.
This place was perfect for us. We wanted to be solitary and relatively isolated, and that's what we got! It was very pretty up there, with views of woods, meadows, mountains and sky. There is a fire road that goes through the property, which we walked on, but we also let our dogs off trail to romp through the brush. It appears, that due to fire, there is very little poison oak; but be aware, it's starting to grow back. There is a creek that runs through the property. We are certain we saw evidence of Bigfoot. My only complaint is that I wish Robert had more control over the weather ;)
Robert's land was very private and secluded, perfect for a weekend away from others. I highly recommend having an off-road capable vehicle like a pickup truck as the roads are mostly gravel and dirt.
Avina Ranch is a RUSTIC slice of paradise. Don't come expecting frills and accommodations and you won't be disappointed. The listing is accurate to the property: you will find a largely untouched swath of land, chock full of wildlife and untouched nature. If you're looking for frills and over the top accommodations, you might be disappointed; This is truly untouched wilderness. If you come prepared, this is an outstanding opportunity to occupy a space few will ever have the privilege of experiencing. There is not a designated "site" on the property, so come prepared to make yourself at home along the gravel road. There are plenty of great spots to throw up a tent and set up camp along the road. There is only one fire ring on the property, so plan accordingly. We had a great time at Avina Ranch and we are already planning a return trip.
