While this is a fantastic idea and the tent looks absolutely amazing with horses, chickens and roosters near by, to label this as glamping is a stretch. I travelled from the east coast, so I had no equipment with me. I was told everything would be there but pillows and blankets. It was not possible to cook, make coffee, barely a fire pit for cooking, no utensils etc. The bathroom has a lot to be desired with a hot small tent surrounding the portable toilet. Very stinky. Overall, my family and I decided to stay at a hotel night two because we didn’t have everything we needed to glamp.. I am disappointed in the whole experience, sad to say.
This place is really neat! Unfortunately we ended up not staying because I started having an allergy attack when we arrived. We fed the horses the carrots we brought them and then let Adib know we were not going to stay afterall. He offered to refund my money if I put in a refund request, but I never did figure out how to do that on HipCamp, its fine though as it was my issue not his and it was very nice of him to offer.
The property is beautiful and the horses are sweet! Adib is a very communicative and response host. Before staying, I recommend bringing bug spray/lotion (I was bit a lot which usually doesn’t happen when sleeping outside or camping) as well as your own portable power station for the lights and all other electronics. Blow up mattresses or sleeping pads would be good too if you need more space and comfort than the cushions pictured provide. Also don’t plan on more than two cars unless you’re up for a decent walk if you park outside of the property. Other than, the location is great and the host is nice.
A beautiful, unique and relaxing experience!
Nice location, and excellent host. Adib was so nice to my kids and even introduced my kids to his other pets.

Marvelous. Beautiful . Serene . Special .
This is a little gem of a spot, Adib is a fantastic host. My kids loved being with the animals, the horses, ducks, turkey, rescue cockatoo, etc! Adib is a big animal lover and so gracious. The tent is huge and just as pictured. It happened to be in the 90s when we went, and it did get quite hot in the tent (as would any tent in 90 degree weather) but there was shade outside and lots of grass so we were able to be comfortable. My kids (age 9) loved running around the property, feeding the ducks and horses, and playing ball on the huge grassy lawn. My son, unprompted, said "On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give this place a 10." So there you have it! PS we loved the firepit in the evening.
We loved staying at Adib’s place. The tent was incredibly spacious with a beautiful view of the pond, ducks and horses. It was a great space to hang out as a group.
We made sure to bring some carrots to feed the horses. Our kids (who have some previous horse experience) loved having the opportunity to help feed the horses and learn how to get the ducks back in their pen after letting them out to splash in the pond.
The location was easy to get to. The property is just outside of the city limit so it has easy access to grocery shopping and restaurants, if needed, but when you are there in the tent just looking at the pond you feel so much farther away.
Adib is incredibly knowledgeable about horses and the horse experience he offers through AirBnb is more than worth it if you would like to increase your knowledge and feet a chance to work with his horses.
We highly recommend this location and Adib as a kind and generous host.

Adib has a truly beautiful tent, and is a friendly and welcoming host. Bring extra carrots to feed the horses!
