We have a newly built, open-level campsite ready to go!
We’re a 5-minute drive to Rathtrevor beach/Parksville, Englishman River. We are right in the middle of an extensive trail network perfect for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding.
There is plenty of space for RVs and trailers - we can accommodate vehicles up to 45ft in length. Electrical and water hook

There is plenty of space for RVs and trailers - we can accommodate vehicles up to 45ft in length. Electrical and water hookups are available.
Private site yet close to all amenities. Local favourite Rocking Horse Pub is a quick walk and a must-stop for dinner and drinks!
Centrally located on Vancouver Island, it’s a perfect spot to set up the rig and day trip out to Rathtrevor, Little Qualicum, Coombs, Port Alberni valley and Nanaimo, or go for an overnighter in Victoria, Tofino, Mount Washington and the Comox Valley.
Campfires are permitted as long as there is no fire ban and pets are welcome.

Omg - this place is the BEST! Beautiful site, amazing hosts. They went above and beyond. I was having a horrible day (having issues with my engine and having called BCAA twice already that day before getting there), and to be honest I am pretty sure they could tell the defeat & exasperation I was feeling when I arrived.
They helped me get set up and even helped boost my battery in the morning. We were able to share some laughs about my situation and make the best of it.
I absolutely loved waking up in such a beautiful setting as well.
Please go stay here! It’s wonderful, it’s safe, and the hosts are super friendly. This will be my first choice next time I need to stay in the area again.
We really enjoyed staying here, it was quiet and peaceful. It was close to a grocery store, and a super nice pub/restaurant with a patio that made you feel as you were in mama’s backyard. It was a total “country feel “ to this place, yet close to going places. Both Cory and Trish are costumer orientated, and we felt like we were taken care of. Cory has a very easy going and fun personality, easy to approach and talk to. We highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay there again !
Nice place to land for a night on our way up to the tip of Vancouver Island. The hosts were friendly and accommodating.
We enjoyed our stay at Cory's very much. Both he and his wife Trish were friendly and helpful. There is ample camping space giving privacy and as well a lovely pastoral view. Electricity and water is available, but no toilet or out house. Rathtrevor Provincial Park with sani-dump is about a ten minute drive away. There is also Rocking horse Pub which is very close, and is fashioned after a typical old English pub serving delicious food. We will return! Thanks Cory and Trish!
