Two Giant Ponderosa Pine Trees sit peacefully on this 1.5-acre property overlooking the North Thompson River.
The camping sites are above the river-facing east with a bench to enjoy the great view. There is a table and chairs for dining and a firepit. A quick walk down the path is a hammock and the river's edge. A floating raft/dock, canoe, and inflatable tubes are for your use. Life jackets and paddles are on hooks. Please make sure you tie the canoe and tubes securely after use and return life jackets to hooks.
The water is warm for swimming in the summer, but remember there is always a current, it is slower later in the summer. For the brave, there is a rope swing. Use with caution.
5 minutes down Westsyde Road is a winery to visit and a drop-off site for river-tubing. Message me for more details if interested.

It's a beautiful spot in a neighborhood. There are no facilities or a picnic table, but there is a river and a view!
Deborah came out to greet me and chatted with me for a while, but generally left my dog and I to enjoy the scenery. Her dog was very friendly with my dog, and that was a blessing.

Wonderful little spot on the edge of Kamloops! Nice view of the river and peaceful under the stars. Even though it’s on the edge of town, ambient noise is mild. Deborah is a fantastic and accommodating host. We would definitely stay again! :)
