Mad Fox Riverside Cabin

One of the most incredible places we’ve ever been and one of the most incredible woman we’ve ever met!

I stumbled upon Sarah and Shawn at Mad Fox late one afternoon, they dropped what they doing to accommodate me though I had no reservations and just showed up on their doorstep. The cabin is clean, comfortable and coxy with everything one would need aswell as a beautiful stream nearby. I was impressed with the hospitallity and while I only spent one night i'm looking forward to a return visit.

We had the best stay at the cabin! It was SO cozy and Sarah even started the fire for us before we came so it was nice and warm. We also got fresh eggs to make for breakfast in the morning! Our dog was in heaven and it was so nice for him to be able to run around the property safely with it all fenced in! We will for sure stay again :). Thank you!

Everything about our stay at the mad fox cabin was amazing. The cabin was cute and cozy, even fenced off to so our dogs could run around and we knew they were close by. Our hosts, sarah and shawn are amazing people. Im glad that they are sharing this little piece of heaven with us. Im definitely coming back up in the summer for a little camping trip.
And to make it even better my dog got to meet her mom and dad (they live at the mad fox ranch). 🥰

I had an amazing time visiting the ranch last week. The stay was way to short! The owners have done an unbelievable job with the place. If you are looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the outside world and seeking an adventure in the woods offgrid this is the place for you. The hosts were extremely hospitable and the cabin was amazing. I am looking forward to my next visit there. This time I was with a hunting buddy. Next time im bringing my wife. Two thumbs up!......

What an amazing slice of Canada that our hosts were willing to share. It felt like they found a place of peace and joy and want other people to be able to experience it too. The cabin was adorable and the property was amazing. Our hosts were so kind and welcoming. It was the best little getaway we could have hoped for.

The Riverside Cabin at the Mad Fox Ranch, and the entire ranch- was one of the most magical places I’ve ever stayed. The hosts Sarah and Shawn are super friendly and thoughtful, and the cabin itself was spacious and clean and very comfortable. Even in the record breaking heat wave I had everything I needed to stay cool and have lots of fun. Highly recommend
