On-site potable water (tap), toilet (porta-potty), picnic table and firepit with chairs and extra firewood. There is both wifi and cell reception on the property. An excellent setting for families with room for younger people to safely play on-site. It's farm country, so you'll have access to many roadside stalls.
Approx 8 to 10-minute walk to the nearest river entrance and only a 5-minute drive to a popular swimming hole (shhh, don't tell anybody).
Safe roadways for biking with a dedicated lane leading to town (Duncan). The campsite shares a fence with our quiet neighbours to the west.
Our property is located in Duncan, BC on Vancouver Island. Situated in the heart of the scenic Cowichan Valley where wineries and culinary delights tantalize your senses, is the city of Duncan, with an abundance of attractions and outdoor activities to offer the discerning traveller.

It was a beautiful property, very clean and comfortable. Friendly people. We had a great time camping there.
What a lovely, quiet spot to park my truck and set up camp!! Follow directions from Sonia, they’re more accurate than GPS! Such a wide open spot with large trees throwing shade in all directions. The water set up was thoughtful, love the idea of no water to waste-give it too trees and grass!!
I would definitely return for the quiet nights!!
We were passing thru the area for one night & requested the site very last minute. Sonia confirmed the booking very quickly & we had a lovely and safe stay in this very clean, cute spot. She even gave us directions to visit the nearby swimming hole the next day! Thanks again :)
What a perfectly peaceful spot! We were so impressed with the exceptional condition of all the amenities, and the cleanliness of the facilities was outstanding. We did not want to leave, and will definitely be back again if we are back on the island. We loved how it felt like we were away from it all, but we could ride our bikes or drive very quickly into Duncan. The only things that could have made our stay better (and really, when camping these are not absolute necessities) would have been access to electricity and wifi (since our cell service for us was not very strong right in this location).
We had an amazing time at Forest Landing! Sonia and Matthew were amazing hosts and all their recommendations (farmstands, eggs spots, swim spots) made the 2 days totally perfect! The location is great, the site had everything you would need, and the lovely extra touches were very sweet. We will be back again! 😊😊

Very quiet, spacious site surrounded by nature. The hosts were so lovely and helpful. Nice location that is really close to Cowichan River.
Such an incredible camping spot. Peaceful, with lots of amenities. An ideal location for a family camping trip. Hosts are friendly and very helpful. Will be staying here again.
