This was our second visit and it was just as great as the first! We decided to come back during the snow to do some winter camping. The view over the water was beautiful and we enjoyed the sounds of the winter ducks. Definitely the best site near Baltimore!

Carl was a wonderful host and his campsite was incredible!! You have the plot of land to yourself and it's overlooking beautiful views of the bay. If you arrive at dark just know that you're turning onto a dirt road so you don't drive past it at first :) He provides a fire pit, nice Adirondack chairs and a picnic table. We're looking forward to staying here again!

Beautiful spot right on the water. Clean and convenient! We van camped and had a small auto emergency. Carl was super helpful and flexible with us getting out of there. I would happily go back again!

We had a great stay on Carl’s piece of land right on the water. Gorgeous sunrise. Secluded and private. Nice neighborhood to walk our puppy in too, looking at the beautiful houses on the water. Definitely recommend and would come back!

The view from the property was beautiful and there was plenty of room to park and set up the tents and grills. The porter potty wasn’t the best but it did the job. With the air force base not being far you got to see planes fly over top of us. Overall had a amazing time on the property and would stay again

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was just myself and my dog. She had a lot of room to run around and play! She LOVES this place! Unfortunately, I didn’t have the pleasure of meeting Carl. If I had i would’ve told him how beautiful this place is. It’s a clean and lovely area and PERFECT to watch the sun rise! There were benches, chairs and a fire pit which made it easy to set up. There is a bit of noise due to aircrafts flying over but it honestly didn’t bother me at all. I would come here again!

Great spot by the water! There's plenty of open space for tents or vehicle campers. We saw lots of ducks and even two Osprey! The provided fire pit comes with two nice chairs. The porta-potti onsite was also very convenient. We will likely stay here again as it's one of the best spots near Baltimore.

Very peaceful place to have a weekend break.
I had a kayak and doing kayak was fun. Carl was very friendly as he came and greeted us.

Beautiful spot and very convenient to Baltimore. We cant wait to go back. Out of this world sunrise and clouds mixed with a nice breeze kept our stay bug free. Didn’t use the port a potty so can’t review that.

This spot is awesome! Great host and everything was just as advertised. I only stayed one night while on an out-of-town job, but I will be back. I happened to be there on a harvest moon, so I didn't get a great star sky, but the moon was incredible!

What a great spot! Located right on the water with plenty of space it’s truly a find. Carl was great and very helpful, providing fire wood as well as a couple of comfortable chairs. The sunrise is something to behold!

Carl's property at Breezy Point Camp Ground was just a perfect getaway overlooking water. It was a nice big spot for my 4 year old to run around in and play.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back.

The land is beautiful and level, with seclusion that makes you forget where you are. Unfortunately, my family and I were not able to stay for the time we planned. It is low-lying so beware standing water after extensive rain.
Carl was very responsive and accommodating. We made some observations/suggestions, and Carl immediately acted upon them. Looking forward to a future expedition!

Such a peaceful spot to hang out for a weekend! We camped with another family and all of our kids had so much fun kayaking and playing in the water - right out from our campsite! So convenient and relaxing. Enjoyed watching the osprey, having campfires by the water, playing games in the big yard, and going for bike rides. Great spot to stay!!

Gorgeous spot with water access if you're willing to wade past the seagrass. Excellent kayaking and paddle boarding location. I spotted a bald eagle up close while out on the water! And the host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely book again.

Great spot! Secluded but close enough to grocery and convenience stores. In good proximity of many parks & attractions like Fells Point and Canton for urban hikers. The area has tons of water, you’re never more than a few miles from it. Great bird watching!

Carl was super helpful and answered all of my questions when I arrived ! Beautiful spot - highly recommend a visit - the space is so nice and open plenty of room for a number of tents. Was incredible to sit and have a fire and stare out over the water in the evening. I would like to come back in the fall when the mosquitos aren’t out !

This place is amazing. A well kept secret. Very quiet. Beautiful scenery. Lots of firewood. Porta potty The ospreys entertained us for hours. We are definitely going back there again if they'll have us.

Fantastic camping spot by the Bay. Large enough for family activities, cooking and relaxing. Fire pit is right by the water. Beautiful views, friendly boaters and neighbors. The spot was well maintained with a picnic table, a grill, grass was cut and the portable toilet is far enough/secluded from the main area. We would love to come back!

Our stay was great - it was a peaceful, quiet, and pretty private location. (As private as it can be with the neighbors across the water - Not a problem!) We enjoyed the water both fishing, and on some tubes - there's not an "official" water entrance, but it's easy enough to get down and we accepted that it was at our own risk, of course. There are a few shy water snakes living in the rocks in the water to be mindful of. There were a lot of biting flies that did NOT respond to even 100% DEET though, so pants are highly recommended when not in the water.
