There are 2 sites available but I prefer not to rent them simultaneously, unless the groups are together since they’re very close together. ( not much privacy).

Disclosure: I am a drummer and often have practice and rehearsals in my home. The basement is approx. 300 yards from the campsite. There may be heard a thump thump in the distance at times. Rehearsals never last after 8:30 pm Also I have 2 elderly cats that lounge around outside, usually pretty far from the site but free to wander during the day. (If you have a dog that adamantly chases cats with killer instinct , this could become a problem. ) Thank you!

Peace, quiet in a beautiful setting
If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful site away from the crazy and loud campgrounds where newbie Covid refugees have NO manners - you've found it. This is a gem. Nestled in a small canyon you'll have a chance to listen to.... NOTHING. I spent three days and nights studying for an upcoming scuba diving test. The perfect "retreat" to focus on the task at hand away from every day distractions.
Was it perfect? Darned close. I only had a couple of issues - number one being that the site is NOT level. It has a slope of 4 degrees which seems to be nitpicking, but it required the full extension on my built in travel trailer levelers as well as finding some rocks to allow my trailer jack to clear my hitch at full extension. This was a PITA especially since it's the first thing you need to do to have a comfortable stay. Tent campers would probably never notice it...
The electricity to the spot was provided by some well worn taped extension cords that shorted during my first night. After some discussion about circuit breakers I finally traced it down to a corroded connection between the two cords. An easy fix - but very much needed to provide a dependable supply. Oh, and I was running a small fan and charging a cell phone - very little demand well within the cord capacity. It's a REALLY long run with small gauge cords so any high demand is out of the question.
I would book it again even with these small issues. :-) IF they were fixed. My hostess was charming.
We were pleasantly surprised with our stay and our host was friendly and accommodating. There is alot of privacy and a sense of "wilderness" especially with sounds of a few turkey and other wild animals.
I believe it was noted in the listing that the roads were a bit rough getting to the actual site but once you maneuver yourself thru the gates and drive slowly be sure to bring levelers for your RV.
We unfortunately woke up to a flat tire but our host was helpful and also allowed us to stay an extra night in which we were very thankful.
We really appreciated the privacy of this land--secluded, quiet, and safe. The campsite stayed cool even as temperatures exceed 90 degrees. And the location allows for a quick trip in to Patagonia.
We had a wonderfully relaxing two days and would love to return.
We loved tent camping at this beautiful site! We were surrounded by oaks and pines it’s such a beautiful property. The directions were clear and we got to the property with no issues. Water and electricity were available to us. Very nice size site with great views!!! Owners are very helpful and hospitable.
Convenient camping location
Steve's sister was incredibly responsive, flexible and accommodating with our timing and plans. The location was a quiet and peaceful basecamp very close to the town of Patagonia.
