Primitive dispersed camping is allowed throughout the area. You won’t find any amenities, but you will find a rugged and wild land that is perfect for getting out of town and exploring at a moment’s notice. This is free camping at it’s very best close to town, in the heart of the mountains, and surrounded by beauty no matter where you wander.
