We have a beautiful 2 acre fully gravelled area to easily park your rig, up to 45 ft RV recommended. Access to home in residential property is a dirt road, but easily accessible. Property is quiet, safe and peaceful. It’s like being in the country but you still have fantastic cell service! We have room to store up to 4 horses with our mare motels as well as an 100x300 arena right on the property. Fully fenced. Outhouse on sight if you are spending the day working with your horses and don’t want to dirty your RV. Furry friends are welcome as long as you don’t leave them unattended as we have coyotes roaming as well. Close to all amenities, 15 min to Cave Creek, 30 min to Scottsdale, 40 min to Phoenix. Come and enjoy a slice of heaven at Nelles Ranch.

Nelles Ranch RV spot

The site was a perfect location for us while visiting a friend in Scottsdale. Not a typical campsite, it is next to the host’s house, but works well as a home base for sightseeing. We were grateful for the electrical hookup which we had not anticipated. After a slight misunderstanding about where to set up our trailer, Louise did her best to be accommodating.

Nelles Ranch RV spot

Great location and hosts!

We stayed at Nelles Ranch with our 33ft fifth wheel. The map directions were easy to follow and got us there with no issues. Be aware its down dirt roads but in town really cool area with lots of space. We got parked and set up quite easily. Louise is a wonderful hostess and even brought us fresh baked muffins! The hookups were definitely welcome after weeks of off-grid camping. We would definitely stay again.

Nelles Ranch RV spot

Louise is incredibly nice and welcoming. She has full hookups (I have 30amp and that’s what she had for me, I don’t know if she has 50amp). You are located in a neighborhood that has dirt roads, so be ok with dust driving in and out. Very quiet except at sundown when the coyotes and other animal howl for a bit but I heard that in a few other camping spots outside of Phoenix and nothing to fear. Definitely recommend

Very peaceful setting

Louise is a great host! She’s very welcoming and friendly. She even helped me back my trailer! This is such a tranquil setting, with lots of shopping nearby including a target just 2 minutes away. I definitely recommend staying here.
