** THIS IS AN OFF-GRID GLAMPING EXPERIENCE **

**We follow all cleaning guidelines to keep you safe during your visit**

We are so excited to host you! Have you ever wondered what it would be like to stay in a tiny home or live off the grid? We have just the vacation for you and it’s right next to the Grand Canyon! Come relax on our completely secluded ranch with tall pinon pine and juniper trees.

The tiny home is 168 sq ft with a sleeping loft and has everything you need to have a relaxing glamping experience! We are completely off grid but want you to feel as comfortable as possible while staying with us. The home has been completely renovated in 2020 and most you see is handmade! We are located approximately 2 miles down a maintained dirt road (we do have one of the best roads in the area, please keep this in mind when rating our location). It can sometimes be difficult to find after dark but if you follow our directions you should find the tiny home with ease, we still recommend trying to arrive before dark if at all possible.

In the home we have a refrigerator with a separate freezer section, gas range with an oven, all the pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery you could need, and a propane heater to keep you toasty on cold desert nights. We provide all the necessities and even some amazing extras that you won't find in many other rentals in the area. Complimentary S’mores supplies, breakfast items, coffee/tea, and more!

We run 100% on solar so that means you need to be mindful of when you decide to charge certain devices, as well as conserve energy. The house has plenty of solar for normal charging, light use, and to keep the refrigerator cold. We also haul water to the ranch so conserving water is necessary when staying with us. The outdoor shower uses a pump that pumps 3.5 gallons per minute and only a 55 gallon tank! It is very important that you conserve! We reccomend turning the shower off between rinsing to conserve water!

**WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY** It can get very cold in Northern Arizona in the winter and we often see snow believe it or not! The propane heater and extra blankets we provide will keep you nice and toasty. Heat tends to rise so the loft stays extra toasty but you can also use the ceiling fan to circulate the heat if needed, but we do ask you only use it on low and only when needed as it will deplete the solar if left on for too long. We still recommend bringing layers appropriate for the season for the best possible experience.

**ALL RUNNING WATER WILL BE OFF NOV 1ST - APRIL 1ST**

We are about 2 miles down a well maintained dirt road which is passable by all vehicles but during wet weather (winter and monsoon season) it can become a bit muddy and AWD or 4WD is **REQUIRED**. We will keep you updated on road conditions but please check the weather conditions BEFORE your arrival! We are not responsible if you get stuck during these wet weather months! The closest tow company is 50 miles away. Please take wet weather seriously.

The bath house has an instant hot water heater shower (not available November 1st - April 1st due to cold weather). If the shower is not available when you visit you can purchase hot showers at the local campground. We also have a regularly cleaned and serviced porta-potty on site for your convenience. Please limit showers to 1 per person per day.

CAMPFIRES - Periodically Northern Arizona is under a “Fire Ban”. We use a propane fire pit so you can have a campfire even during fire bans. We do ask that you do not have wood or charcoal fires on the property.

There is no wifi and very little phone service in the area!
