I will never forget my stay here! Oh boy where to start... Nick and Denika were so kind and accommodating, and gave us great direction and suggestions from the moment we got here. Though at the same time they gave us enough space for us to do our own thing and enjoy our trip amongst ourselves. Their animals were so cute and we got to spend a lot of time around them, and it was really cool getting to know the Llamas. The area was so well kept and beautiful, we will definitely be back.

The Secret Sanctuary was amazing! Makes you feel you are one with nature. It’s s nice to breathe fresh air and hear the trees dancing leaves. I never thought there would be such place close to Edmonton. The owner is very accommodating and very nice lady as well her family. It was such a good experience and we will definitely recommend going there. We had such an amazing time.

Our favourite hip camp we’ve stayed at! Had such a good time here, so so spacious and Denika is a lovely host who welcomed us upon arrival. Will 100% stay again if we are in the area. Highly recommend!

A lovely off-the-grid greenspace to stay the night (or a few.)

Hosts were great to communicate with before the trip, they clearly take pride in their space. There's a cute little forest deemed the 'fairy forest' that is a nice short wander. It features wild greenery, a walking bridge, and gnomes. They must have been camera shy as I didn't see them, but I'm sure there's fairies flittering about.

The compost toilets are well kept, fires are permitted, and there is a playground for kiddos. There were a couple of friendly pups running around (as you can see they snuck into some of my photos) who will tag along with you. There's a larger firepit available that I'm told is used for communal fires when it's a bit busier there.

Overall a very quiet and peaceful space that is great to unwind and decompress at. I wasn't bothered in the slightest, but there are wasps around.

An arbour, brb as I go find a book to nestle up with.Quiet and private space for a solo car camper. (That's me!)Here's the entrance to the area that I drove into to stay at. A small path leading through wildflowers and greenery until you nestle right into the trees.A little tidbit of info about the llamas.
