Hempcrete Tiny House

Come and stay in a Hempcrete Tiny House! It has an attached greenhouse, and is nestled into the gardens and trees. It is a 9x12 micro home, built to code, but less than 120 square feet in size (free of permits, so you could build your own anywhere!).

Inside you will find a double futon couch/bed, and some simple furnishings. There is one large window to the greenhouse, and a small north window for cross-ventilation.

This home is professionally designed and built, a demonstration model for large-scale buildings that are energy efficient, off-grid capable, fire-proof, comfortable, and provide healthy indoor air.

The interior will be finished with flooring and plaster later this spring.

The tiny home is near the main house, by the chicken coop (no roosters), and parking is adjacent. There is a fire pit. You are welcome to wander the 40 acres, with respect to land and animals on the farm and in the forest.

Wabamun Provincial Park is 10 minutes away, Alberta Beach about 15. We have excellent restaurants, trails, and shops to explore.

The tiny house does have a small heater, making it comfortable in ambient temperatures above 5C.

Campers have access to a composting outhouse, and there is a farm spigot for potable well water.

Dogs with permission. There are kids and animals on site.
