Description

Located on a salt water beach with views of the deepest and thickest known glacier in the world, Taku Glacier Cabin is a 14’ x 16’ pan-abode style cabin with a wheelchair accessible boardwalk. A marsh estuary and sand beach with old growth spruce surrounds the cabin with a lightly forested bedrock hillside, while canyons and cliffs provide the backdrop. The cabin comes equipped with two single and two double bunks, a table, oil stove and tank, cooking counter, cupboards, broom and more. Be sure to supply your own drinking water, #1 stove oil, sleeping and cooking gear, lanterns, fire starters, and insect repellant.
