Nothing fantasy but it's quite for the most part....I figure someone would need a place to park and have a base point to explore alaska were far enough out of town where u dont feel the city and lots to see ...I've camped on and in the camping area for 2 years myself and feel comfortable enough to have respectful people to share it with when they need a stop for a day or a month
