Description

Clam Gulch: it’s not a classic marine western starring Gary Cooper. Clam Gulch Campground is a sizeable setting for a little more than the classic camping you might be used to. Sure, there are plenty of hiking and wildlife-watching opportunities, and you’ve got a watery wonderland at your disposal in the form of Cook Inlet. Between the forests and the water, though, you’ve got the beach, and that’s where you can dig up hundreds of razor clams at low tide. While other campers are roasting weiners, you can have yourself a clambake!
