Description

Carefully pack the singing bowls and meditation mats before heading out to the Brushy Lake Recreation Area in the William Bankhead National Forest in Alabama. Geographically a low plateau of Brindley Mountain, layers of limestone and sandstone give way to majestic, mineral-rich, singing waterfalls. Stay awhile and listen to the alive sounds of nature before heading back to camp. Leave off the rain tarp on a nice night, and fall asleep to the snores of bullfrogs and the twinkling of the stars.

Fantastic peaceful beautiful campground far away from everything, Electric available, one hose connection for several sites, no sewer connection but toilets are on site and handy. A must go to if you want to get away from civilization.
