Really love this place. Had previously camped at the Coyote Car Site. This isn't far away, but gives a little more of a sense of privacy being surrounded by the trees (and you can park just a few yards on the other side of the path flanked by willows).

Beaver Haven is just a wonderful place, with the wonderful natural spring, bubbling creek, wonderful wildlife all around and amazingly dark skies to star gaze after dark.

Would highly recommend.

The place is amazing!

Campsite is privately located next to a small creek. Wading in the cool creek is perfect after a long hike at Wildcat mountain State Park, which is located near by.

We enjoyed the amazing night sky and the sound of owls singing during our sleep.

If you would like to experience pure wildness in the Driftless area, this is the place to stay.

My fiance and I (and our dog) loved our weekend camping at the Willows - the space is incredible and the hosts are welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the absolute privacy of the site yet the convenience of being able to park just a short walk away. The sounds of the rippling water, the many birds and frogs and other wildlife, and the occasional clip-clop of Amish buggies on the roads was very peaceful, and we only heard campers from other sites occasionally. We especially enjoyed wading in the cool creek (with water shoes as it's a mix of sandy and rocky bottom), walking on the land, and filling our water bottles in the natural spring!

With the heavy storms that moved through all of Wisconsin a few days before our visit, there had been some flooding along the creek that had since receded (the Willows site had not flooded) but it was fairly muddy and slippery on the path from the parking spot to the site and somewhat muddy at the site, but we were prepared for that with good hiking boots and extra tarps. Overall, it was a much needed break from the city, so peaceful and rejuvenating - we highly recommend staying here and cannot wait to come back!

We were looking for seclusion and that’s exactly what we found. From the beauty of the land, to the peaceful sounds of nature, to a piece of Heaven. Logan, went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, learned a lot about the area and enjoyed bonfire talks. This was truly more than we could have ever dreamed since we had our 2 fur babies with us. They absolutely loved every minute of it and are still sleeping since we got home. A tired pup is my goal haha.
THANK YOU beyond words for a beautiful stay, a beautiful property that you opened for us and we will be back!!!

Our family made plans to have a family outing before sending our kids off to school. Unfortunately, our plans were side railed and we found ourselves at a campground that wasn't going to work for us. I had a group of people waiting with all our stuff as I frantically tried to figure out what to do. I found The Willows listing and immediately contacted the host. Tai was sympathetic to our situation and did everything possible to help us get back on track and situated at her beautiful land. The Willows is located in a beautiful lush area of the rolling Wisconsin hills, nestled among Amish farms. The land feels as if it's been cherished and has a rich history. It's not a manicured property. They've honored the vegetation native to the area and let it grow naturally. So if you are looking for freshly mowed grass and a surrounding more like a conventional camp ground, this may not be the place for you. We were looking for something more private so we could just focus on our family for the weekend. There were other occupied sites on our second day there. We saw and heard people, but we in no way felt limited in privacy. The Willows is set back and surrounded by tall plants and trees. There is a short walk through tall willows. We had a lot of gear to unpack (I never learn that I really only need a fraction of what I bring), but it took no time at all since we were provided a wagon to haul our things in. The property is located close to a few towns with small gas stations for incidentals. We also enjoyed stopping to buy candy, soap and vegis from local Amish farms which are open for visitors other than Sundays. The creek on the property is refreshing when it gets hot. And if you want to swim, tube or kayak, the Kickapoo river is about a 15 min drive. We're very grateful that we found the willows. It truly saved our vacation and made it a special weekend.

Nice camping. I would bring other local firewood, as the for-sale wood is mostly bark and smokey. Willow site has good visual privacy but I could still hear people up late or up early at other sites along the creek. No fault of the owner, but it would be nice to have quiet hours. I would consider returning to check out options up the hill.

Took my wife and dog for a surprise for my wife’s birthday. We stayed at The Willows site and partook in almost everything the listing advertised. The Willows site was perfectly secluded but close enough to our parking that it was still a very easy for unpacking / packing. The land is gorgeous and the drive was beautiful as well.

Ended up being just perfect for us and I’m glad my wife enjoyed her birthday!!
