The stay was incredible. Ralph was very friendly and accommodating. The cabin and property was perfect for what we needed. The river was cold but we gave it a try anyways. Having the bathroom and shower was a huge bonus. I would highly recommend Ralph’s Cabin.
Peaceful, beautiful space to unwind for a few days. Private without feeling isolated. Enough cell service to feel safe. It was just myself and my dog and I felt fully comfortable there. The amount of time and care Ralph puts into the land shows— beautiful, well-maintained trails, tidy camp sites and healthy animals. The wildlife is pretty incredible too, bring binoculars! Saw an eagle, along with some other sweet sights. The outdoor shower is a nice touch, and the inside of the cabin has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable! Definitely buy some of his eggs, they’re incredible. An overall great visit, one I can’t wait to come back to!
The cabin was well apportioned and clean. It’s dry, quiet, and if needed, the heat works well. Plentiful hot water, too. Ralph is friendly and gracious.
In the past month, my family has camped twice at Carp Cove Farm... and we will most definitely be back! Ralph is an amazingly responsive host and was always available when needed. Don't miss out on an awesome family friendly camping experience.
This is my second time staying on this property. Ralph is an excellent host! The grounds are large with plenty of plant life and birds to see. The swimming hole was a treat. This was my first time staying in the cabin. It was great having AC, plenty of places to sleep, and everything needed to cook meals. Will absolutely stay again.

Carp Grove Farm is now one of our favorite spots with a variety of (secluded) camp sites close to the river and a short walk to the swimming hole. There are also plenty of activities/accommodations nearby. The cabin is spacious and comfortable and even has in/out door showers with hot water. The host is very friendly and helpful. An excellent stay!
This place was amazing. The cabin was clean and cozy and had all the essentials, plus an outdoor shower which was so nice that I want one now lol. Super peaceful, nice trails, and the creek/swimming hole was a good time for us and the pets. Wish we could have stayed longer, I miss it already. Definitely book a stay here.
