The property is off the main road and very private. Walking distance to Seagate Restaurant and lounge, the beach and lots within reach of a bike. Two nearly identical, primitive spots about 30 feet apart and surround almost entirely by trees. Great location and great value for dry campers! Feel free to empty your grey water only into the bushes.

A short drive away from the beach
Easily accessible, the road was good
Ground is covered with crushed rock, so it’s not muddy
There is enough room for a trailer and a large truck.
Most of the lots around this lot are not developed, which is good! More quiet, and you get a nice view of the trees from you trailer if you get the right side.
The not so good:
Directions are not good, but it’s not far from the main road/fire station, which is good.
There isn’t good internet reception, so you can’t lookup directions or use the gps when you are looking for the campsite.
The sites are not clearly marked, which can lead to trucks parking really close to your tiny non insulated trailer, because there’s room for it.
There’s not much room for younger kids to play around, because the other lots are private properties.
We forgot that it was razor clam season! 😫, our neighbors (who were also very nice and respectful!) started their very loud truck at 5am on Saturday and on Sunday. They felt bad for walking us up, but that was their plan, and it made sense! But it’s a bummer when you want to get some rest, and you are sleeping in an ultralight trailer
Quite, primitive, and peaceful
Really enjoyed this space and host, he was very communicative and the space was exactly as described. The hosts directions were very accurate and easy to follow. Highly recommend if in the area!
Peaceful and quiet
Private, quiet, short walk to beach access, we had the entire camping area to ourselves as the other space was not occupied. The beach access is directly across the main road, you can walk or drive onto the beach. The site is accurately described, an open space to park your RV surrounded by trees.
This spot is great for a stop-and-sleep in your RV. Level spot, shaded, gravel, easy access for a big Sprinter van. Short walk to the beach.
Would not be a good place to set up your tent, and not somewhere I'd want to spend the day.
Justin had sent me a google maps image showing the turns to find the spot - as we arrived after dark it might have been hard to find without that help.
Nice new dry camp spot near beach
Great spot to setup if you’re all geared up to dry camp. Sites look brand new so glad we could help break them in. It was absolutely quiet. Really close to beach access, Pacific beach & Seabrook. Square gravel patch for both sites together so if you booked in pairs & put awnings towards each other, it would feel like your own, private dry camp vacation property.
Super chill basic spot
This was perfect for us. Quiet and sheltered from the wind.. Located in the trees just across the highway and entrance to Pacific/Moclips beaches. We rode our bikes back and forth, super fun. No frills spot which is great because we’re self contained. Justin let us know ahead of time that another camper would be sharing the area and had dogs. It was a nice heads up and we love dogs so no worries. We would stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice camp spot close to beach, town and not dealing with a camp ground scenario.
