This property is located in the High Prairie area of Washington State. The Klickitat River is located about 10 minutes' drive from this campsite. Pitch your tent in our High Prairie field and have access to breathtaking views of Mount Adams and the Cascades. Guests will have access to hiking on the property and there are trails immediately off of the property. The property has a total of 23-acres with rolling hills. This quiet and welcoming site is located less than 8 minutes from the Klickitat River and 22 minutes to Lyle, WA, and the Columbia River. Guests staying at this site will have easy access to activities such as hiking, biking, fly fishing, kayaking, and kitesurfing. The Klickitat/Swale Canyon hiking and biking trail is 8 minutes from the property. Columbia River Gorge wineries are 27 minutes from our property. Food is available in Klickitat, WA, and at White Salmon, WA. All campers must park in the parking area by the road before the fence on the left side of the drive-in access. Then you will hike from the cars into the property to pitch your tent. There is no drive-in access beyond the parking lot. This arrangement is to minimize contact of vehicles with grass. There is a table for camper use that will become visible as you walk onto the property. There is a shed above the camp area that has the bathroom facilities. No fires are allowed on the property. There is a portable toilet that will be available for shared use. All trash should be packed in and out. Please be aware that encountering ticks and rattlesnakes are very common here. Poison oak is common as well, although none has been observed on the property.

Beautful Site on High Prairie, WA

Great Mountain View from beautiful meadow. A great spot and a great deal if your looking for a place to pitch a tent and watch some lovely sunsets
