A beautiful setting above some lakes. A wonderful alternative to staying in town. We heard owls and coyotes at night and felt as if we were the only people around at our spot. Definitely a great place to get away and unplug with some good wineries nearby.
This quiet orchard & vineyard met my needs. I was in site 6 (aptly named “the views”) & had strong AT&T 5G service for remote working. Was still quite warm out in early Sept., so opted to park my tiny travel trailer under the shade trees at the site (opposite of the camping pad), where it was a little slanted but manageable & fair trade off for cooler afternoons. Portapotties were very well maintained & the one stationed near my site would have been shared only with site 7, which was empty during my stay. Hand washing stations at each were appreciated! Ample places to wander around the land with abundant wildlife. Would recommend getting groceries in Chelan as options in Manson are limited, though there is a market in town for staples you may have forgotten.
Camping amongst the apple orchard
We enjoyed camping amongst the apple orchard! We stayed in campsite #2 which was generous in size and had a great view. Marcus was responsive and helpful. We had a taste of his Hard Cider, which was delicious! There was some noise in the mornings due to the workers in the orchards but this was to be expected as it is a working orchard and vineyard. Overall would recommend family and friends to camp here.
Camping with my dogs ❤️
Spot #6 has an amazing view and very private.
Enjoy having time with my wife, dogs and friends !
The potty was very very clean. Still working on the shower next to the site , but there is other one walking distance.
Lake Chelan was crazy busy this holiday weekend but camping in Marcus’ orchard was peaceful and quiet! Easy to find; beautiful view; green, grassy tent site.
We left the roof off the tent and slept under the stars. Will recommend this site to everyone!
This was our third year in a row coming and it’s always a good time! Such a beautiful property to have a relaxing weekend away. Don’t forget to rent the bikes for a day!
