My wife and I purchased this property in 2020 so that we could have a place to go while the campgrounds were just crazy overcrowded, all the secret spots were found and everyone and their mother purchased an RV. Now we have a place that is quiet, welcoming and on the water to relax and cool down. Neighbors are salt of the earth and we respect each other. Keep in mind that not all of them are able to afford Air BNB and Hipcamp outings. But they are all great people. Learn more about this land: We own 2/3 of an acre with about 50' of riverfront access. You will have access to the whole property with exception of the cabin and 5th wheel. Feel free to use the cabin porch, firepit (if fires are allowed) and BBQ. Direct access to the river from the property so you can put your chairs right in the water. Level raises and lowers just like any river. Property is in a housing development so there are neighbors. However it is still really private and quiet, especially by the river. Power is available. No toilet or potable water. Please haul trash out with you.

      Wow!
      What an amazing stay and what a beautiful slice of heaven. It’s no wonder why Chads property is always booked- it’s by far our most favorite hipcamp and just 50 min away from Seattle. Chad and Amy were great hosts, very welcoming and kind but our most favorite part of our stay was being greeted by their adorable golden retriever, Louie. If you’re looking to getaway from the busy campsites, look no further…. All I can say is WOW!

      Another blissful stay…..
      This will be the 3rd time we have been back to Chad’s and it just keeps getting better. This little spot on the river never disappoints. In rain or shine this place is a great place to curl up and get some reading done, watch the river or even do a bit of work (there is great wifi). The property is so close to the city you can duck out midway through a work day and finish up by the river! What could be better!

      Little slice of heaven on the river
      What a spectacular little spot Chad has! We stay at a lot of Hipcamps and this spot may be one of our favorites. The river was perfect to take a dip in, the neighbors were so nice and the quite was much appreciated. What a slice of heaven! Chad was easy to communicate with and has kept up the property so well. Fantastic stay! We will be coming back!
