Great river access
The campsites are nice but the river access is even better! We were able to get some fishing in and saw a lot of salmon close to shore. It was also really nice to have a legitimate bathroom available!
Taylor's spot is awesome! Super easy to find yet secluded enough for a quiet night next to the river. The sites were large and the bathroom and shower were extremely clean and well equipped. He made sure we had firewood by the time we arrived. We will definitely be coming back to this site.
First time car camping, and this was just the right place. Gorgeous location - falling asleep to the sound of the river right nearby and within an hour of Baker. Bathroom on site was nice and clean, and Taylor was prompt in communication, even offered to get us firewood!
(FYI the Skagit river is quite fast flowing, so don't expect to do more than a dip, unless you're used to this kind of stuff)
Great site next to the river. Private property at the end of a road.
Great blend of tree cover, and open space. Had plenty of space for non-stop fetch with the pup, and a few yard games. The river is beautiful! Fire pits have grills on top of them, and having access to potable water and a toilet was another great plus!
The host is amazing and responsive. Great at communication. There are several sites on the property, and they're generally pretty close to each other, like camping at a campground site. One site backs up to a giant blueberry farm, which was amazing. Another is pretty close to a neighboring house. We happened to be the only ones there, which was great for us.
Had a wonderful weekend at Taylor's campsite right on the Skagit river. The bathroom/shower combo was so nice after canoeing down the Skagit river. Taylor was very accommodating and made sure we had no problems with the campsite. Definitely a gem that I hope to come back to in the future.
Incredible river access
Gorgeous spot, incredible views, tons of space, super clean bathroom. The River was lovely and Taylor was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would come back here every summer!
