Quiet and welcoming
Excellent communication and responsiveness. Katherine provided detailed instructions on getting to her place and quickly responded to my questions.
The location is convenient to Old Rag and just outside Culpeper, very quiet, basic but had everything we needed.
No WiFi but we had a decent signal (Verizon) the entire time.
Katherine is an excellent host. We wanted to go into Culpeper and meet our son for dinner and then return with him. When our Uber driver failed to show, Katherine graciously offered to drop us at the restaurant. So kind.
Awsome praceful spot
This is my first time camping in my RV. I couldn't have picked a better place. Although it is much further from the travel job that i took, i enjoy the quietbess and peaceful set up here. It has full set ups. 30 and 50 amps, water and sewer hook ups.
Katherine, the host, has been extremely helpful helping me figure out how my RV works. She is always there when i need her but also respects my privacy.
She also has no problem with me having my several dogs with me.. im very grateful to have found this spot.
I rate her 5 stars.
Unique place for total enjoyment
Vary nice young lady who goes out of her way to make your stay enjoyable. She is also a hard worker who goes all day caring for her animals. She has chickens, horses, dogs and cats. She's even has compassion for the wildlife that occasionally drops by like the 🦉, 🦌 and coyotes. Lovely place to get away and relate to nature.
Peaceful farm setting
Beautiful, peaceful, site at the farm. Katherine was attentive and informative; we enjoyed a pleasant evening by the fire, watching fireflies and the stars come out.
The site was exactly as I was expecting. Katherine was around when I arrived and was very welcoming. Hook ups were easy to access. Sites are close, but didn't feel a lack of privacy. Directions we're accurate and easy to get to in my larger rig.
