You can charge phones etc from the Solar Batteries supplied. *The site is pet friendly. But not allowed in the cabin. *BYO Toilet Paper, Linen or sleeping bag and firewood. And extra petrol for generator if staying more than one night. .......................................................................................................................................................................... A lovely almost 1-acre block. Some clear spaces. Lots of shade too. Bordering with a public reserve with public toilets, (You have your own on site Loo) you have town water and lots of private space. Plenty of parking. Private gate entry to the river reserve. An enclosed cabin with a queen bed with hot water and shower is available. BBQ and private outdoor bath for relaxing in. Solar power to recharge your phone as well as a generator for ancillaries like hair dryers etc. All only 50 meters from the Loddon River and boat and canoe ramp. Very comfy queen bed. So bring a caravan or tent or use the cabin. Up to you! You need to bring your own petrol for Generator, Toilet Paper, Linen or sleeping bag and firewood. 10 Mins from Newbridge (Pub with great Meals and general Store) and 15 mins from Dunolly and historic Maldon for fuel with main amenities (Bank, Supermarket, Pub and Chemist etc etc). Why camp with everyone else, when you can have this space to yourself with your cars, caravans and some of the creature comforts of home.FYI All... I have altered the amount of folk that can stay overnight. Many were bringing up to 4 cars and 10 people. Please inquire if you want to bring larger groups. Happy to accommodate. Almost an acre on the Loddon River at Laanecoorie. Some cleared are, some shade too. 2 Showers. One inside one outside. Town water. An outdoor spa and BBQ to use. This is glamping not camping. Free WiFi and Cellular booster so your Telstra mobile works in a poor signal area.  Off grid power.  Well suited for larger Vehicles. RVs and Buses welcome (Public dump point in Dunolly 12 mins away) Public toilets close by.   Close to Newbridge (Great meals at Pub and recentlyopened general store), Dunolly (lots to do), and the Lake up stream. Lots to do. Very popular Gold prospecting sites in the area. Loddon has lots to offer. Fishing, swimming, kayak launch nearby, bush tracks and boating. Or just sit back and relax. Take in the serenity. You can camp, bring your RV or caravan. Up to you.

Good location very private and remote with access to a site toilet. Nice if you want to stay for a few days off grid.

Greg very helpful and property had easy river access. Really handy having the cabin and big undercover area for weather protection. Hope to revisit at some stage.

The wifi and electricity in the cabin don't work anymore. The interior of the cabin is nice, but it's too small to fit 7 people as described, half of us slept in the cabin and the other half slept in the car. The rest is nice.

Top Spot in Laanecoorie
Great self-contained property sitting directly behind Laancoorie Camping Reserve. You can enjoy the same experience and pace of caravan life without the caravan. Easy access to the River for fishing, kayaking, etc. A bed and shower in the container, bbq and hot tub out the back. Firepit and seating area out front. Plenty of room for a couple of tents as well. Greg was a helpful host and quick to respond to questions about the setup on night one. You can sit and pass the time in Laancoorie or venture out to Bridgewater or Newbridge for a pub meal. We loved our stay. My kids are already asking when we can go back.

Pleasant stay by the river
I had a wonderful time on my last trip! I stayed at a charming cabin right by the Loddon River. The cabin was small but cozy, and it had all the essentials for a comfortable glamping experience. The peaceful river setting made it even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a serene getaway!

Relaxing long weekend
Very peaceful long weekend stay, the property is beautiful and my dog enjoyed every inch of all the space. The shack makes ‘camping’ just that much more comfy and relaxing. It’s camping without camping!
