If you’re looking for a place to set up camp while enjoying a hike through Kinglake National Park then our little space is just made for you. There are plenty of day walks starting right next to your camp or you can go for a swim in the nearby King Parrot Creek. With just 40min drive to Yarra Valley Wineries you are in a perfect location to set up camp and explore the region. Our pet friendly property is located in a quiet neighbourhood, easily accessible from the road (no 4WD needed) and ideal for swags, tents or campers. Power, tank water, bins and compost toilet are included! It’s only a short wander to the Silver Creek where a 4WD track leads you into the Mount Disappointment State Forrest. The space is part of our front yard and our property is located at the end of a quiet no through road. Your camp site is tucked in between the trees away from our family house with plenty of flat space. Sit at the picnic table or around the fire pit (season permitting) and take in the piece and quiet with plenty of wildlife to enjoy.Welcome to our lovely Silver Creek Escape! Silver Creek Escape

Family friendly

Wonderful camping spot for a family with young kids! Large clearing for them to run around, picnic table, tank water tap, clean composting toilet, a creek a stones throw away, and walking tracks right from the site! Couldn’t have asked for anything more! Oh and the sourdough bread was amazing - highly recommend adding that to your booking!

Silver Creek Escape

Our stay at Silver Creek was perfect. The camp site was spacious enough for our group and is well maintained. Clara and Caleb were fantastic hosts, easy to communicate with before the trip and lovely to chat with during our stay. The toilet was a great bonus and really clean. The extra fire wood delivery was handy and the sourdough bread delicious. We would highly recommend this spot.

Nice and relaxing

Loved camping at Clara and Caleb's land. Power and water made everything a lot easier. Drop toilet is very clean. The nearby creek and national park provide areas to enjoy and hike.

Silver Creek Escape

We've been hoping to stay for some time but this location is so popular and always booked, now we know why ! A beautiful and peaceful location. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. Fantastic amenities, we had everything we needed. Caleb and Clara were great hosts. We highly recommend.

Great camping with stars

I love this place, clean toilet and quite environment, and you could see whole sky decorated with stars!! But kind of embarrassed as people love talking and drinking during camping time, but this camping site is frontyard of the host, and our noises may impact the host and neighbor.
