Campers must be self-sufficient and leave no waste. There is a toilet at the campground though when needed you can use it.

Campfires are permitted within local rules and regulations. Be careful with fire use the fire pit for any campfire not outside the campground at all time.

This is a quiet and peaceful place; it is not suitable for kids younger than 15 years old, there are no playgrounds or swimming pool facilities. Not for those who want to party or abuse alcohol - keep the noise down and respect wildlife and life stock. We organise for those who are interested a deer watching - wildlife walks in the hills guided by a deer expert, after the walk there is an opportunity to taste some deer meat recipes all against a reasonable price!

On the property is a Moto Guzzi motorcycle museum established with more than 150 motorcycles only visit for a group of 5 minimal, $20 pp entree.

There is lots to do in the area; wineries, walking trails and historic sites.

15 minutes down the road you can explore the township of Yea, where there is a wide boulevard of High Street with attractive parkland located in the street's central strip. Fronting High Street between Pechell Street and The Crescent are the Yea Fountain Gardens, containing lawns, rose gardens, a large fountain, and a monument to the explorers Hume & Hovel.

Originally a gold mining area, the town retains many historical buildings built in those days including Beaufort Manor (1876), Yea Shire Hall (1894), the post office (1890), several hotels and churches.

The Yea River flows around the edge of the town centre and large reserve known as the Yea Wetlands has been developed around a group of small lakes beside the river.

A brilliant stay hosted by Grace and Teo in their beautiful valley. A 600 acre working cattle and fresian horse farm provides a unique experience and quiet escape. With much to do and also plenty of time to relax, Grace is a wonderful host ensuring the stay was enjoyable and very impressive is Teo's Motoguzzi museum which was incredible. Such a brilliant property and highly recommended. Keep in mind this is a working farm so respect is required for the animals and property.

Open paddock to free camp in amongst the working farm.Sneak peak of the motoguzzi museum

We had such a lovely time at Grace's farm! She was the perfect host, and the property was absolutely beautiful. It felt like a true escape. Lots of animals (horses and foals, dogs, a cockatoo and even a peacock!), and the stay even included a walk around the hills to go deer spotting. So many stars at night too!

An easy distance from the Cathedral Ranges for an invigorating hike up the mountains, and the town of Yea is most charming as well. The campfire at night was a great way to get to know our fellow campers.

The ground was a little bumpy (it was a cattle yard) but if you have a decent air mattress no problem, and Grace made sure we weren't crowded with other camping groups. We were truly grateful for such a lovely place to set up camp.

Spent a long weekend at Grace’s farm over Easter. Grace has a wonderful property with friendly dogs and beautiful sunsets.

Surrounded by hills and rolling forest there is no light pollution whatsoever and is the perfect spot to stargaze by a fire.

Grace was a friendly host who looked after us and provided a friendly face and local knowledge.

I would highly recommend a stay here and a walk up the hill for sunset!

The farm and the campsite are located in a beautiful part of Victoria, less than a couple of hours away from Melbourne. What a surprise! Just minutes away from Yea, we had a great time camping in that secluded valley amongst beautiful horses, friendly cows and other farm animals. Grace did everything to ensure our stay was perfect. She and her friend took us all to a deer watching tour around the property at the early hours of the morning. The sunrise on the surrounding hills was stunning, and it was great to know more about the area. Swimming in one of the dams was a funny experience. I would definitely go back!

Grace is a truly lovely host. The Farm and the surrounding hills are so picturesque and serene. She has a friendly pack of dogs who are great fun. Walking through the paddocks and the surrounding countryside is great. Fantastic purple sunsets and beautiful sunrises.
