"Bush Retreat Farm Stay" is a gorgeous little farm nestled into the Alberton West State Forest, with views of Wilsons Prom and the Strezleckie Ranges. Each site has plenty of room we don't believe in cramming too many campers on the same site, we give you plenty of space, privacy and room. Not far from all the main attractions the area has to offer. Suitable for campers, camper trailers, vans these can all can fit here easily. Sites 1 - 2 situated in a 4 acre paddock on the main farm. Perfect for small camper vans, roof top tents and motor homes, not suitable for tents due to open farmland unless you have them well anchored. Site 3-4 situated on part of a 7 acre paddock with views of the hills and of the kangaroos that come onto the paddocks of a night out of the Alberton West State Forest and the Stzeleckie Ranges. This site is perfect for larger vans, RV's, camper vans, roof top tents, motor homes. Not so suitable for tents due to the open farmland unless you have them well anchored. Site 5 - Situated behind Cypress trees which creates great shelter if we have an eastly blowing. Perfect site for large vans, camper vans, RV's, roof top tents and motor homes, not suitable for tents due to being open farmland unless you have them well anchored. View of the hills where the kangaroos come in of a night out of the Alberton West State Forest and the Strzeleckie Ranges. Campfires are permitted (When there are no fire bans). No loud music, bring a camping toilet with you and take all rubbish with you. You'll need to have your own amenities/be FULLY- self contained however if you don't have your own toilet, camp shower or fire pit you can hire them. We have an abundance of native birds in our garden, Rosella's, Kookaburras, Wedge Tail Eagles and sometimes Galah's. Just down the paddock on dawn or dusk we have a mob of kangaroos that come out of the bush to graze on the paddocks.

Bush Retreat Farm Stay - Site 5
Lovely stay
We loved staying here for the Easter long weekend. Sharyn and Colin were informative, helpful and great with our kids. Site 5 was a lovely, big, grassy area with a nice view of the hills. There isn't much shade (so make sure you have some shelter) and it can get a bit windy at times (just make sure everything is secure). But none of the above bothered us. The kids lovely feeding a petting all the farm animals

Colin and Sharyn were very communicative leading up to our trip and the place was very great. We came with 2 groups and booked both in the same area. It ended up just being us in that area which was great!

Site 3 suitable for larger vans
Very private site with fenced area. There wasn't much heat from the shade, no trees or natural area around. Very windy at night time because no trees to protect you. Wilsons Prom was an hour away so would camp closer to that area probably. Hosts were super friendly and lovely and provided chemical toilet for us. This site would be perfect for families with animals etc.

We loved our stay, very welcoming hosts. Lots of space, beutiful location. My boys enjoyed feeding the chickens and goats, and a small camp fire. We would stay again

Bush Retreat Farm Stay - Site 5
Perfect serene farm stay. The stars were immense and loved being able to use our fire pit. I came with my small dog who loved having the run of the fenced paddock. Would highly recommend, easy, and restful.
