What a great find. This land is lovely and private and has a diverse landscape and just the right amenities to make camping easy and delightful. This spot has nice trees and feels secluded but overlooks a wide open field and features a vast star-filled sky. The campsite provides a picnic table, fire pit with cooking grate and cover, solar lights, multiple nice flat areas for tents and a path to a private compost outhouse with lighting as well. There is also a water hose available. We enjoyed wandering the property, listening to the crickets and coyotes and will keep this as a go-to spot in the future. 1 hour from Austin makes it so easy and the owners were responsive and accessible for questions etc. Highly recommend.
