Mountain View Oak Tree Campsites
in Iron Brook Donkey Farm, VictoriaLinda’s campsite is fantastic. The views are rolling hills, and while it is just off the main road it still feels very secluded.
When we arrived Linda showed us around and introduced us to the donkeys - they’re absolutely gorgeous! Her knowledge about them is vast and really interesting, we enjoyed learning more about them while we gave them pats.
The bathroom is neat and clean, a big bonus for camping.
I’m looking forward to staying there again soon :)
Ferndale Farm Animal Sanctuary
in Harriet T.’s Land, VictoriaFerndale Farm is a beautiful oasis which is a blend of georgeous farm animals, a fern-lined creek and forest trees. Harriet met us at arrival and showed us around, introducing the animals on the farm (our favourites were the tiny pony and the pigs). Our campsite had a spot for a fire and a flat area to park our campervan. One of the best things for us were the animals. They were curious, friendly, and really well behaved. Having access to a toilet & shower was handy. This was a fantastic post-lockdown stay and we would like to come back with friends some time.
