This place is terrific! Great river - mostly shallow and safe for kids with a couple of water holes that you can also swim in. Beautiful spot - shady, sheltered, grassy. It's super having a kitchen and fridges and power! It's our new favourite camp place. Even though it was a rainy weekend we al still had a great time.

Megan's place was just perfect. A nice solid structure in case of rain, with power and even a fridge! Indoor and outdoor fireplace, and just a super nice place to chill with friends and kids.

The site is nice – basically a long shady grassed wide road next to a river. The river was great – fresh clean water not too deep or fast so safe for kids. Bring water shoes though – rocks are a bit sharp. Keith is very nice but is very strict that all dogs are to be kept on a leash at all times, so don’t expect that you can let your mutts roam free at all. There were two people camping on the private land opposite who played music at top volume till midnight then again from 7.30. I appreciate Keith can’t do anything about it, but not sure how often it happens. You have to walk up to the main house to use the toilet – make sure you bring toilet paper as it’s not provided.
