Our property was a small family farm for several generations. Our family
purchased the property about 18 years ago. Since we are not farmers but love living here, the question became "What would be the best use for the land?" Living in a scenic area and already being in the vacation rental business on some other family property answered the question. We decided to share the beautiful view and seclusion of our area with others.

Our goal was to keep the cost in building down so that we could pass on the savings to you, so that you would not have to be rich to enjoy our lovely area. This inspired the idea of a glamping cabin. The cabin is actually a repurposed office building that was built about the time this property was purchased by our family. We moved it to the present location and completely remodeled it in 2018 and added the bathroom. We hope you enjoy the cabin and the stunning view from it as much as we enjoy sharing it with

In 2008, we built the first cabin on this property. We really enjoyed hosting guests so we built two more cabins on the same property! Our latest addition is a glamping tent! We love people and find joy in the mission of giving weary travelers a comfortable place in nature to relax and rejuvenate. Life gets pretty taxing at times, we know! Spending time in nature with a loved one is the perfect medicine for a stressed soul.
