My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time camping on Dale's land for several days.
We were greeted by some nice and calm cows a couple of mornings (behind a gated enclosure for safety). It was such a treat.
The property has a great amount of space and it's the perfect escape to get some solitude and enjoy nature. Our dogs had the best time out there splashing around in the water.
The site is very private and if you're looking for some seclusion smack dab in Texas nature, you'll find it here!
Dale was very accommodating and responsive.
Very nice, quiet during the day!! Had a great stay with kiddos!! The only thing I would let people know, which I wish we would’ve known ahead of time…you can hear vehicles driving by at night. It kept me up most the night… Other than that, great place, great stay!! We cooked fried eggs and bacon over the fire pit!! Saw lots of stars at night!! Walked around and played soccer with the kiddos!! Dale was very nice and left us be, per my request :)
Great secluded campsite away from the city. It had everything we needed: a fire ring and a relatively flat place to park our camper van. Thanks for the accommodations.
Our family had a TON of fun. The cows were a huge hit. The land was beautiful. We especially liked exploring the woods and ponds. Will definitely be returning.
It was a great little place to set up camp. Dale was very friendly and even took the time to check on me when a small thunderstorm rolled in. Would totally stay there again.
We had an excellent time at Dale G.'s Land and Dale was an excellent host.
The wood left near the campfire ring was VERY helpful.
Loved the Cows.
Dale is an awesome host. He communicated well and was very inviting. My clan loved feeding the cows! We stayed for 2 nights and arrived after sunset. Dales instructions for locating the property were very accurate. Upon arrival, Dale marked out some options to pitch a tent. There were two fire rings and Dale had firewood already set and stacked in each ring for us!
Had a great ti
