This sweet spot on the map is just 4 miles from Burgess Falls State Park where a magnificent waterfall awaits you within minutes of our driveway. In town you can find pubs, distilleries, coffee shops, and Ralph’s famous donuts (get the Apple fritter!). So much to do nearby; hiking and more hiking, kayaking, swimming, fishing, and canoeing! Just minutes from Center Hill Lake Marina, Window Cliffs, Cummins Falls, and Bee Rock, and waterfalls are everywhere.
Upon arrival you will hear the small waterfall outside your camp trailer and we provide a fire pit with first night's wood and s’more‘s for your crew. We’ll talk your ears off if you let us or will leave you alone. The open sky at night when clear is wonderful for star gazing. The views from our property are beautiful and overlook sprawling farm land with the sunrise that, if you just add your morning cup, you’ll be set the enjoy the beauty of Burgess Falls Road! Great place to park and camp. Kristine was super helpful with tips about the area and very responsive, spot was just as described with an awesome view past the fire pit.
Lovely location convenient to Burgess Falls for an early morning start or after a hike. Safe, well lit and easy to access from Interstate 40. Plenty of outdoor seating with farm country views. The koi pond provides a sound barrier from the residence and road.
