Large open space on a quiet no through road, perfect for an overnight stop or a couple of days relaxed camp. Views to Perrins Ridge. 15 minutes to Kingston, half an hour to Hobart CBD, but rural serenity is what you’ll find here. Close to the Snug Tiers 4wd tracks - drive your 4x4 to the top of Pelverata Falls. We can give you the mud map, take you out there, or come and recover you if you get stuck. 20 minutes to the Bruny Island Ferry, so a good spot to pull up for the night before an early morning ferry. Also near by is the Dru Margate Boat Ramp, and there is space here to pull up if you are towing a boat trailer. Pets welcome - fenced paddock will contain most dogs. But plenty of wildlife of an evening so please be mindful so we can all continue to enjoy the wallabies company. Room for a large group or convoy travelling together, but we only make it available to one booking at a time. Self contained required currently, please leave no trace.

    Felicity was lovely and accommodating, options of two paddocks nearby the house to camp in, absolutely gorgeous sunrise and lovely views of the mountain :)

    Great plot for the night
    My partner and I stayed the night at Felicity's - it was a great spot not far from Hobart and Kingston. Great flat spot with easy access for our van.

    Great place to stay
    I loved camping at Perrins Patch! The views were incredible, we witnessed such a beautiful sunset and sunrise from this location. Felicity and her family were more than welcoming. Would highly recommend!
