Pindari Park is a beautiful 130 acre cliff top property that offers both North and South views of the River Murray. Situated on the western bank (cliff side) overlooking the most Northerly point of the river and the township of Cadell SA. Pindari means “From the high ground” from the aboriginal origin and was originally apart of the Nor’ West Bend Station (est. 1850) that stretched from Overland Corner to Burra. The Nor’ West Bend Station next door is now a heritage listed private residence. With Pindari Park’s scattered native trees, saltbush and mallee shrubs bringing an abundance of wildlife to the property, sit back, relax and enjoy the serenity. While you sit at the camps sites, enjoy watching the Cadell Ferry, appreciate birds and wildlife, or just enjoy the river boats on their journey up or down our mighty River Murray. You just might be able to catch one of the cruise boats or paddle steamers cruise past, make sure you give them a wave as they pass by. Pindari Park has many gravel roads and tracks to follow for taking a hike/walk, however, please note that this property is on a cliff, therefore it may not be suitable for young children and caution must be taken at all times. Each campsite has a fire pit area that can be used during May to October each year (fire ban period is November to April each year). If we are fully booked we will open up our cliff top fire pit near the cottage for all to enjoy (Contact Us Prior to booking). During October and November the cottage gardens are open to the public (Contact Us Prior for open days), with over 130 roses, many native trees and other plant varieties, you can wander around the gravel paths of our numerous our garden rooms and the orchard. Take a drive into to Morgan (9 kms) and visit the Old Wharf Port and the Landseers Museum or catch the Cadell Ferry and head across the river to visit the Spook Hill Winery or to use the local boat ramp. Notes: - Cliff-top property, may not be suitable for young children. Caution to be taken at all times. - NO River Access. - NO dumping of rubbish. - NO dumping of toilet waste, nearest dump points are located in Morgan and Cadell. - Pets/Dogs – must be on a lead at all times. - Nearest Boat Ramp – Cadell. - Cadell and Morgan both have fuel distributors and general stores.

Pender's Park - Site 4
Awesome hosts who were generous with their time and knowledge. They made us feel most welcome. They views from the cliff over the Murray in the morning and at sunset are beautiful. The Cadell ferry added to the experience with a short ride across the river for a refreshing dip in the water.

Fyffe's Field (Large Camp Site)
Great views of Murray River
Great spot overlooking the river. On edge of cliff so not suitable for young children. We were able to watch houseboats and watercraft coming and going on the river. Flat areas for camping well spread out and not close to other campers . Camp fire available. Sue was very friendly and invited us to see her goats at feeding time. Highly recommend.

Fantastic spot
Fabulous spot, watching house boats on the move, great flat areas for big rigs, great access for big rigs. Sue and Scott very accommodating and very friendly. Best of luck with any future endeavours. Don’t forget to go and have a look at their goats, they are gorgeous. You couldn’t get any closer to the Murray river, with great river views and amazing sunsets. Thank you great experience and would highly recommend this spot. Thanks again Sue 😊

Ferry View - Site 1
Overnight by the river
Awesome spot, with an awesome view. We loved watching the ferry and sitting around the fire pit. Easy flat spacious hipcamp. We stayed overnight on our travels and enjoyed a slow morning with breakfast taking in the river view. Communication & directions were fantastic. I've already shared with my camping friends so we can visit again for longer.
