Flat, grassed paddock with plenty of room, great for groups of families and/or friends! We offer five separate sites, with capacity for up to 20 people on each, with plenty of room for several vehicles. The sites are walking distance to our tranquil dam.

The property is located adjacent to the Lavender Federation Trail, Eastern Adelaide Hills so makes a great base for exploring the Lavender Trail. https://lavenderfederationtrail.org.au/ It's also just 20 minutes from Monarto Zoo and half hour drive to Mannum.

If you are interested, you're welcome to come and look at our organic permaculture garden which includes worm farm, composting and compost tea. We aim to close the loop via recycling, and recycle our food scraps and local organic waste.

Please note, campers need to be self-contained, with their own camp toilet, and take all waste with them.

Pets allowed, but kept on leash. Campfires permitted in designated areas when fire bans aren't in force, but available firewood limited so please bring your own. Please bring your own drinking water, but you are welcome to top up near the house if need be.

There is a nearby dam that is usually empty.  It does not have childproof fencing so families and parents please supervise your kids.

There is a nearby local native animal sanctury with e.g. wombats & kangaroos. For more details please contact 0403 269 953.

Perfect peace and beautiful scenery. Even though there was a large family group near to our campsite there was plenty of space so our peace and quiet was not disturbed. The campfire spot was a great place for us to spend the evening. Highly recommend this excellent spot. Rob (the host) visited before sundown to make sure everything was in order. He’s a friendly host who wanted to make our stay perfect.

We loved Rob and Jo’s joy of sharing their property and happiness to share their time during our eco tour! We were lucky enough to have the whole space to ourselves (benefit of week day escapes!)
Many wonderful camp sites, beautiful trees, bird life and fabulous fire pit.
We are sure to be back.

Thank you for sharing your land.

What a lovely, open space. It feels so far from Adelaide, yet it's only 60mins away. We camped on a long weekend, so all sites were full, but there was still ample room for everyone to space well and truly out.

Rob the owner seems keen to improve the property and camping experience, so we’re keen to revisit down the track. Not only welcoming and very accommodating, he took us on the first ever tour of his organic permaculture setup around his house.

Despite being middle of winter, the short climb to the top of the hill rewarded us with spectacular sunrise views. This is also the best way to get phone signal here, as the campsites are in a valley.

Such a great place to camp, perfect in its simplicity...lots of different spots available to set up regardless if you are in a tent or trailer and plenty of space to spread out and not be on top of neighbouring campers. Very easy to find thanks to Robs directions and signage !! Rob was very friendly but in no way intrusive and it was so great to be able to say Hello and thank him in person for letting us share his piece of paradise. We will definately be back.
