Platypus Hole Sarabah Stud

Lovely camping spots. Owner was great too and very accommodating and helpful. One of the nicest hipcamp spots I have stayed at.

Absolutely beautiful well maintained spot.

Platypus hole is perfect little campsite only an hour away from Brisbane, very secluded spot you couldn't tell there were other people on the property. Swimming hole was great!
Rob the owner was also very welcoming and fair. My only complaints would be the toilets were gross and just functioned enough, they were also very small could hardly fit in them, a few of my larger fellow campers had to use it with the door open. More signage to the property would be beneficial and new gate would make the place perfect.

Beautiful riverside camp-site! Saw the platypus multiple times, lots of turtles and bird life too. Very peaceful, would love to stay again.

Loved our couple of days at Platypus Hole. It was a very peaceful spot. Looked hard for a platypus but had to settle for the family of turtles. Maybe next time.

My camp-site was lovely and private , portable loo was clean and well stocked with toilet paper. Luckily for me I had chosen the previous weekend for my comp out, avoiding the weekends deluge of rain will definatly return to this camping ground

We really enjoyed our stay at the Platypus Hole. It's very private, and a lovely place to relax and enjoy nature at its finest. We loved seeing the platypus and turtles. Have a portaloo is also a huge bonus. 💯 we will be back.

Robert was a wonderful host and the camp space was stunning. Very peaceful and distant from other sites so felt very private. The platypus came up to say hello a few times which really made for a great start to each day!
