This property on Cook Road is 21 acres of prime land on the Maroochy River with river access and sandy water entrance. Only 5 min from beautiful beach shoreline. You will not be missing out on activities within the area. The list is endless with Maroochydore Golf Course for a drive of your clubs or 18 hole mini golf, ski or skurf park, fishing park, inflatable water world and dog friendly parks around just to name a few. There are also shops, restaurants and bottle shop within the area as well! This property is offering land only and only suited for off grid camping. There is no power or fresh water, (portaloo flushable toilet with hand basin now added also water now available for washing or topping up shower water ,not drinking water ) Perfect for camping with tents or off grid caravans. Short term or long term stay is welcomed. River access with a sandy edge for the kids to play in, ideal for boating, skiing, jet skiing, fishing, crabbing, canoeing and kayaking. No boat launching on shore as there's heaps of kids playing on sand and can be dangerous. There is a proper boat ramp 30 seconds away at the park at the end of the street. There is fresh water and toilet at the end of the road at the park, about 3 minutes walk. Property is only 8 minutes to Sunshine Plaza, 13 minutes to Mooloolaba and 4 minutes from the airport. Be prepared for kangaroos to greet you in the mornings and late afternoons. Pets welcomed.

Fantastic spot, access to the Maroochy river was great and Deni was an excellent host. Just one thing, whilst it may not bother too many campers, there are a lot sites on this location and therefore campers are very close to each other so not a lot of privacy.

Camping with river access
I loved the access to the river. We were less than 50 metres from launching our little boat. Quiet and beautiful setting. Will be making this a regular camp

Absolutely amazing. Fishing, crabbing, hiking and swimming all on the property. Deni is the host with the most who bends over backwards to ensure you are having a good experience. Heaps of portable toilets on the property. Will definitely 💯 be back.
