There is great fishing in the area, both off the beach and in the rivers - great boat ramps. Prawning fleets based in Schnapper Creek.

Beautiful spot, no one to bother you. Ideal for people like us who have 2 border collies and are self contained.
Camping by the dam, sitting at the “farm” table cooking breakfast drinking coffee watching kangaroos pass you buy.
Was the best.

Found last minute as nothing at rainbow beach. Bush setting right up our ally to setup the swag. Called Dean the host who by the way is a great bloke and we said we are not far away. Great fire is going I’ll see you soon.
Rocked up to find a beautiful setting peaceful and quiet and just what we needed away from Sydney’s long drive.
