Welcome to a premier Texas Longhorn ranch where you will be staying right next to the Trask River with access to fishing, boating and kayaking. If you are needing a little sensory-deprivation from everyday life. You have found it!! We invite you to experience a relaxing, calming atmosphere on the riverbank of the Trask River. Pitch your tent or bring your RV and embrace mother nature. Please contact me by phone 503-812-0630, as you can see we have closed our sites. However, i'm willing to work with folks around time frames. Thank you, Carmen

Carmen and Bob are such great hosts, very welcoming, and we love it there on the Trask River. This was our 2nd time there, and it's a very special place! Plenty of space and peace and quiet. Thanks Bob and Carmen, we'd love to come back again!

Listen To The Fish Jump
This was a great spot. The instructions to get there were so easy and the spot offered a great reprieve from the rain I had experienced the two days prior. The clouds broke as I arrived revealing a majestic sunset over beautiful land with fish jumping in the river next to the site. I had enough dry time to utilize the awesome firepit and strong, comfortable homemade benches surrounding it. It even had a vaulted toilet and shower right next to the site.

I loved listening to the Belted Kingfishers rattle over the Trask River and the rustic but comfy shed that extended outside life to an inside bed. The longhorn cattle are striking, as well as the longhorn statue! This is just the sort of rustic accommodations I long for, especially places where I can bring my dog while exploring a new area of our beautiful world. I liked the little touches too, like a large assortment of battery-powered candles for cozy ambience.

Fantastic site close to the Tillamook Creamery along the Trask River. The fire pit and wooden chairs were unique. Best of all there was a shower.

Second time staying at this wonderful spot. We really enjoyed not have to pack a tent or sleep on the ground. Stayed nice and warm. Also, love the area and getting to interact with some cute cows and listen to the river 💕
