We purchased Summer Creek Farm in September 2019.  This is our dream come true.  We don't have any experience in farming but love the life style and growing our own foods.  Thus far our egg and pork programs have been a big success.  Currently we have 9 hogs for fall processing (3 remaining for sale if you are interested please check out our website).  We are building our chicken flock so there are plenty of chickens running around the property.  Please stop by and ask for some eggs, we would be happy to share our farm fresh free range chicken eggs with you.  Both the eggs and the pork quality and taste is far superior to grocery store products.  Finally we have ducks.  Small white "Call" ducks.  Just about the cutest creatures on the planet.  We have two cows who have decided that the neighbors pastures  are greener and quickly jumped our fence and live with their herd.  Later this summer we have 5 pregnant cows who will calve in the fall arriving.  The barn is 100+ years old and we are researching it's exact history.  We have found many artifacts from the original homestead around the property including 1880's rifle shells and padlock.  There is some serious history here that we need to uncover.  Once we get our animals and garden established and running well that is!

    Summer Creek Farm
    We loved our short stay at this farm! We booked day of, and yet Angela was still able to accommodate our request including pool time. The pool/jacuzzi were clean with a beautiful view, and included lots of flotation options. Angela was also so generous with her time and brought her cow up to the campsite to meet our little ones. It was awesome to get a glimpse into farm life. The star gazing at night was also so memorable. Beautiful spot, just a short drive from the highway, and a gracious host. Couldn’t ask for more!

    Play farmer without the real work!
    Love Summer Creek Farm! My daughter (10) and I especially enjoyed the farm tour, where she got to feed the calf, collect eggs, even harvest a bit from the beautiful garden.

    Awesome farm stay for the whole fam
    We loved our visit & would absolutely come back again. So fun for us and our 2 year old daughter to see cows, pigs, chickens and more on the farm. Angela and her husband were so welcoming and we loved learning all about their animals and the farm. Highly recommend!

    We loved our stay at Summer Creek Farm. We enjoyed every part of our stay- beautiful grounds, farm animals, the pool, farm tour, and breakfast! I highly recommend the farm tour as we learned a lot and got to interact with the animals. Our kids loved it. Also having an option to have amazing farm fresh breakfast available was so nice. Angela is very helpful and generous host!
