Description

Nestled beneath the spiky green needles of an old growth Douglas Fir forest, you’ll find Jim Creek Group Campground, which hosts one group campsite that can accommodate up to 40 people. In addition to campground amenities like picnic tables and firepits, you’ll also find a small sandy beach for lounging, off of the nearby Abbott Creek. The campground is first-come, first-served, so get here before the weekend if you hope to find it unoccupied. And don’t forget to check the campground website for closures and alerts before you head out.

False information, no rvs are allowed as they cannot fit down the road. It’s also not first come first serve as there is a gate that requires a code which is provided once you make your reservation on recreation.gov.

Planning on going here this weekend.
