We did end up having a good time.
I must say that there were no clear signs to the property - if you arrive late in the day and cannot connect with Jared then you might turn back as we could not find the road to the campsites until he appeared and showed it to us. The road to the 3-4 campsites is narrow and you have to cross a stream - if you do not have a good SUV with all wheel drive you might be out of luck. Also the blackberry bushes scratched our car pretty bad - those need to be trimmed. There is some highway noise in the night. Overall a great stay - just wanted to put it out there if you are a family with young kids or older members.

Had a great time here! So much to see and explore! Jared greeted me at the gate and quickly informed me of the multiple waterfalls and look out point on the property. Beautiful nature with a creek following through it all. He also has several different types of farm animals that you see enterting and leaving. A nice escape!

Jared’s land is so beautiful! It was such a great camp spot. We were greeted by a farm full of such cute baby animals and then there was a ton of space further in that was super lush with great views - 3 waterfalls as well!! We could not hear US 30 at all. Just be weary, you do need a car that can cross a small creek, we might just be wimps :)

We had a fabulous experience on Jareds propety. We stayed on the campsite right after the creek and fell asleep to the sound of water running. We checked out the other campsites and I love the different options of sites. Ours was heavily wooded but the furthest one up was much more open and had a big hill you could explore. Lots of little hidden waterfalls and goodies tucked away. I definitely think its important to know that you need a good vehicle to get around the property, one that isnt too low to the ground. Jared was also very nice. Easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. They do have a gate that Jared informed us would be closed at night but not locked so if you need to leave, you can still open the gate. There were other campers while we there but we only saw them as they drove in and didnt hear them the rest of the time. The campsites are far enough apart so you can still have privacy. Looks like they had a few projects going on and Im excited to return to see what they do with the property.

Private unique stay at an old rock quarry. We loved it! We stayed at the highest tent site and could walk above our site to get valley views very pretty. Be aware that your vehicle needs good clearance driving to your site, we had a jeep so it was no problem but if we brought our nissan there was no way I would have wanted to drive it up without damaging it, there's alot of large rock that your can't avoid.

We had such a great start with Jared. He was so friendly and accommodating. The property is fun to explore, we camped right next to the stream and fell asleep to the sounds of the small waterfall next to us every night. One word of advice, if you want to drive up to your site, bring a car with higher clearance, one of ours couldn't make it across the creek, but the walk up was very short.

Absolutely terrifying. This site is fake. The reviews are fake. There was a gate to the property that easily couldve locked us in. We were directed to drive up a hill past an excavator which led to a super sketchy road into trees and tall grass that we couldnt turn around in. We felt uncomfortable as soon as we pulled into this junkyard of a property and left within 5 minutes before something terrible happened to us. DO NOT GO HERE. IT IS NOT SAFE. We could have been locked in or gotten stuck so easily. The property had such dangerous energy to it.

I’m very sorry you to hear this. As I mentioned when you arrived, the entrance of the property is being cleaned up from the previous owners but the true beauty is only just a little way in. There’s nothing fake about it and if you ever care to drop in passing by sometime you will see great changes. The progress is actually happening quite fast. All the best in your travels!

Such an amazing experience with my husband! We wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary and this was exactly what we needed :) Jared was super welcoming and kind, the property was beautiful and our spot was quiet and perfect! The taller your car the higher up you can make it, but my little Nissan versa got us pretty high up the hill. We could choose any spot we wanted and overall it felt like home. We will be back!
