There is a space for outdoor cooking, a fireplace for heat, a washroom with a toilet and sink on the lower level and a shower on the upper level. This is perfectly suited to 2 couples or families, as the upper and lower floors have separate entrances.
On the property, there is access to over 3 km of private trails for hiking, running, or walking. It is within a kilometer of Alan Park, with over 32 km of trails. Possible to bring horses. There is fishing access at local rivers and great hills for winter sports

Me and my two friends had such a wonderful stay at John’s Bunkie! John was super helpful and told us about some nice swimming areas nearby. We had a peaceful night with everything we needed - a bbq for meals, fire for s’mores, clean running water, and comfortable beds. It was everything we wanted and more. We even got to spend some time with his pup Cue-Tip who we adored! Thanks John!
John has an amazing piece of land and even better hospitality. When we arrived he showed us around the property and the trail's. He introduced us to the cabin and his two adorable dogs. The bed was very comfortable. The chance to have a fire under the stars like I used to with my family was a memory I will cherish.
The legend him self, John, was very nice and personable. Not to mention how he does everything he can to make the stay the best it can be. Thank you again John for the great weekend and we cant wait to see you and your amazing cabin again soon.
This place is fit for a group! Two couples, or even a multi-kid family. With two big queen size beds there is no shortage of sleeping areas as well as two bathrooms, a shower, lots of seating and endless space outside! This is THE cabin for all season retreats.

Mark. You and partner are wellcome hete any time. Your respect for the raw nsture of this place was refreshing. Leaving bunkie as you found it was great. I have a special hollow piece of log that will make one kool fire for cooking and enjoying after. Will save a peice for you and hope you can stay for more than one day. Thank you
